Restaurant Manager, Rosette Experience Job Description

In the role of restaurant manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Two Rosette Restaurant. This means being able to deliver a high level of customer service, delivering excellent training and managing the shifts and rotas to meet customer demands. As the Restaurant has Two Rosettes you must have held a management position at One or Two Rosettes.

Restaurant Manager, Rosette Experience Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient service throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Prepare the restaurant for service to the set department standard.
• Working with other members of the management team at exclusive use events.
• Recruiting, training, motivation and retaining staff.
• Working with your team to surpass high service standards making sure all guests enjoy their experience.
• Have a good knowledge of all menus and the wine list.
• Advise guest on their choices of the menu.
• Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure you are aware of any changes and new dishes on the menu.
• Undertake duty management duties.
• Work with the senior management team to ensure the hotel thrives and continues to develop
